Job Description
Do you have  experience in accounting and looking for a fresh start? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Accounts Payable Clerk positions in Franklin, KY.   
     
     
Details for Accounts Payable Clerk position:   
- $18 / Hour
- Monday – Friday | 8 a.m.- 4 p.m.
- Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
- Occasional Overtime   
- Zero Fees - you’ll never be charged for any screening service   
- Fast Start Date   
- Weekly Pay   
   
Job Duties for Accounts Payable Clerk:   
- Review, verify, and process vendor invoices and expense reports while matching to purchase orders and receipts
- Accurately enter invoices into the accounting system and maintain organized accounts payable records
- Reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, and communicate with vendors on payment status and inquiries
- Assist with month end close and reporting while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Support additional accounting and administrative tasks as needed
- Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
- Completes any other related tasks as needed   
   
Qualifications and Desired Skills for Accounts Payable Clerk:   
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Accounting or related field
preferred
- 1–3 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience with knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Experience with ERP or accounting systems such as QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Excellent organizational, time management, communication, and problem-solving skills with ability to work independently and on a team
