Details for Accounts Payable Clerk:
- Full-Time
- Temp-to-Hire
- Day Shift
- $19/hr
Can you see yourself in this Accounts Payable Clerk position?
Entering invoice and data entry
Handling vendor payments in an organized and timely manner
Development and maintenance of Excel spreadsheets
Internal credit card reconciliation when required
Ensuring imaging of invoice supporting documents is timely and accurately performed
Assisting with audit support as necessary
Assisting in streamlining the accounts payable process
Working with account receivable clerk and others to resolve account issues when necessary
Expense report handling
Job requirements for these positions:
- High School Diploma or GED with 2 years in a related field
Good organizational and time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent problem solver
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task
• Basic math skills and calculator functions
