Job Description
Now Hiring for Accounts Payable – Apply today!
Duties:
- Be able to perform various functions in the corporate accounts payable and assist cash accounting as required
- Verifying vendor account information
- Matching vendor invoices to the appropriate purchase order
- Determining that payments are properly authorized and coded within the system
- Processing invoices for payment through the A/P system
- Preparing month end, quarter end and ad hoc reports as required
Requirements:
- High School Diploma with concentration in accounting
- 3+ years’ experience in a manufacturing accounts payable department
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer skills required include a proven track record in spreadsheet development and knowledge of accounts payable processing software
