Perform a variety of personnel-related administrative tasks.

Key duties and details for HR Generalist:
  • Provide support to the HR Manager and VP of Human Resources as requested
  • Assist with administering the compensation and benefit plans
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training and development initiative
  • Promote HR/People Operations programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
  • Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
  • Maintain employee files and records
  • Salary: $40,000-$45,000/year
Qualifications for HR Generalist: 
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist
  • PHR or SHRM certification is preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and HRIS systems is a plus
  • Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
  • Excellent communication skills, people management skills and time management skills
  • Highly developed interpersonal, presentation, and oral/written communication skills
