Job Description
Do you have landscaping experience? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Administrative Assistant | Clerical in Loudon, TN.

Key duties and details for Administrative Assistant | Clerical:
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Sales, securing agreements, scheduling, billing
- Communicate with carriers and transportation team
- Identify incorrect stock numbers or descriptions
- Adjust inventory to physical count
- Research month end variances and report the findings to Finance personnel.
- Assists warehouse workers in locating items that may have been incorrectly placed
Qualifications for Administrative Assistant | Clerical:
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
- Highly organized
- Attention to detail
- Diploma/GED
- 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Customer experience preferred
- Intermediate knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft/Excel preferred
- Ability to read and write English preferred
- Team player and capable of fostering a positive work environment
- Strong organizational skills and report research and preparation, paperwork, and prioritization
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to work alone in areas of core competence with minimal supervision
- Consistently able to meet deadlines
- Acts to improve existing processes or systems, or develop new ones
- Must be flexible with work schedule
