Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring a Part-Time Administrative Assistant position in Columbia, SC.
 
Details for the Administrative Assistant position
Reports to: Branch Manager
FLSA Status: Non- Exempt
Direct Hire, Full-Time 
Pay: $16 - $17 per hour, paid weekly 
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 A.M. – 2:00 P.M.

Overview
Administrative Assistants are responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to the branches. They maintain a current knowledge of appropriate policies, processes, and procedures in an effort to assure efficiency and integrity of the branch.
 
Essential Job Functions
  • Complete administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, mailing, and other related tasks.
  • Provide polite and professional customer service using various forms of communication.
  • Answer, screen, forward, redirect, and take messages for incoming calls.
  • Retrieve and process incoming mail.
  • Administer testing (drug, skills, etc.)
  • Create and manage paper and digital personnel files.
  • Satisfy inquiries and requests.
  • Monitor inventory levels, retrieve quotes, and place orders for supplies, products, and incidentals.
  • Maintain office workspace organization and tidiness.
  • Schedule periodic, preventive, and repair maintenance for office, property, and equipment
  • Address and/or report discrepancies, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies to Branch Manager or designated staff member.
  • Complete verifications of employment for applicants and associates
  • Assist with job order fulfillment.
  • Provide branch support.
  • Practice confidentiality
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Excellent computer skills including competency in Microsoft applications.
