Job Description
Do you have clerical experience? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Administrative Assistant positions in Lebanon, TN.
Details for Administrative Assistant position:
· 8am-5pm
· Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
· Zero Fees - you’ll never be charged for any screening service
· Weekly Pay
Job duties for Administrative Assistant:
· Maintain operations and databases of the office to all system and standards expected by broker
· General admin duties such as answering phone calls and using scripts to convert potential leads into appointments
· Provide strong customer service and be the first point of contact while representing company
· Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications and desired skills for Administrative Assistant:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Working knowledge or experience in QuickBooks
· Tech savvy and marketing skills (Microsoft Office, social media, Dropbox, Google docs, etc.)
· Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, multitasking, and customer service skills
· Ability to sit for duration of shift
