Job Duties for Clerical Administrative Assistant Position:
· Answer phone calls and greet clients upon arrival
· Handle filing, copying, and general administrative tasks
· Assist staff with data processing and data entry
· Monitor and respond to emails
· Follow all policies and procedures in place
· Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications for Clerical Administrative Assistant Position:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Dress Code: Casual Friday and Relaxed business casual Monday - Thursday
· Ability to sit for duration of shift
