Job Description

Do you have admin experience? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Administrative Assistant positions in Nipomo, CA.

Details for Administrative Assistant position:
· $20-23 / Hour
· 10am-4:30pm; Half Hour Lunch
· Temporary (October-December)
· Zero Fees - you’ll never be charged for any screening service
· Fast Start Date
· Weekly Pay

Job duties for Administrative Assistant:
· Receptionist task such as: answering multi-line phones, data entry, prepare and document reporting
· QuickBooks
· Scheduling (Must have knowledge of nearby cities to accurately schedule)
· Work front desk
· Time management
· Completes any other related tasks as needed

Qualifications for Administrative Assistant:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Previous admin experience preferred
· Interviews with client and Luttrell Staffing
· Ability to sit for duration of shift
· Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
