Job Description
Luttrell Staffing Group is recruiting Administrative Assistant with strong attention to detail and problem solving skills.
Duties and details for Administrative Assistant:
- Provide general support to the owners and office manager
- Help office manager with AP/AR and processing payroll
- Monitor and maintain office supply levels and equipment
- Reconcile receipts and credit card expenses
- Track crew truck and equipment data
- Maintain HR files and employee data
- Maintain and organize Google drive network
- Schedule: 8am-4pm
- Pay rate $18.00/hr
- Temp-to-Hire
- Paid weekly, direct deposit available
Qualifications for Administrative Assistant:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with QuickBooks, Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and use good judgement
- Must be able to work independently and multi-task
