Job Description

Job Duties for Administrative Assistant / Clerical:
- Handle client services, urgent requests, and care plans
- Manage general office tasks: word processing, copying, filing, shredding, mail, reception, phones, etc.
- Maintain staff and client databases, insurance information
- Review clinical invoices for accuracy
- Follow all policies and procedures in place
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications and Desired Skills for Administrative Assistant / Clerical:
- Ability to type at least 50 wpm typing speed
- Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus
- Strong computer skills, including working knowledge of MS Office Applications
- Thrives in fast-paced environments
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Self-sufficient and dependable
- Manages multiple priorities efficiently
- Proactive problem-solver
- Occasional flexibility with time
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to sit for the duration of shift
