Key duties and details for Administrative Assistant:
- Answer phone calls and schedule pickups
- Sales, securing agreements, scheduling, billing customers, collection calls, and charge customer drop offs
- Pay rate: $18-$19/hr
- Schedule: 9am-4pm
- Full-time temporary position (will last until February or March, but subject to change and could last longer
- Paid weekly
- Management experience a plus
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs
