$20-23 / Hour

Duties and details for Administrative Coordinator:
Coordinate and prioritize office duties
Receive and dispatch incoming calls
Schedule, coordinate, and dispatch service providers
Receive, process, and review samples
Customer support and data entry
Qualifications for Administrative Coordinator:
Bachelor's degree
Ability to pass 5-minute typing test
Computer literate and touch typist 40 wpm
Proficiency in MS Office
Attention to detail with data entry accuracy
Highly organized
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
English/Spanish bilingual is a plus!
