Administrative | Dispatch Coordinator

These are temp-to-hire positions to the right candidates.
Duties and details for Administrative | Dispatch Coordinator:
- Coordinate and prioritize office duties
- Receive and dispatch incoming calls
- Schedule, coordinate and dispatch service providers
- Receive, process and review samples
- Customer support
- Flexible Schedule: (must be able to work a flexible schedule as follows) Monday through Friday for shifts between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. OR Saturday for shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. and Sunday for an 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. shift. Shifts will rotate on a monthly basis or Monday through Friday, Night Shift from 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m
- Pay rate $16.00-$18.00/hr
- Paid weekly, direct deposit available
Qualifications for Administrative | Dispatch Coordinator:
- Computer proficiency to include Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail with data entry accuracy
- Ability to multi-task
- Professional customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Strong organizational skills and time management skills
- English/Spanish bilingual is a plus!
- Clean DMV driving record
