Job Description
Do you have accounting service experience? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Experienced Accountant (Audit & Assurance) positions in Lebanon, TN.
Details for Experienced Accountant (Audit & Assurance) Position:
· $60-65k / Year
· Full-Time | Direct-Hire

Job Duties for Experienced Accountant (Audit & Assurance) Position:
· Assist with not-for-profit audits in accordance with Uniform Guidance and Government Auditing Standards
· Prepare and support regulatory filings for FQHC clients, including Form 990, Federal Financial Reports, Medicare and Medicaid cost reports, and Uniform Data System (UDS) reporting
· Assist with audits of employee retirement plans and related Form 5500 filings
· Maintain accurate and organized financial records for audit and compliance purposes
· Perform financial analyses to support audit findings and client reporting
· Ensure compliance with federal, state, and industry-specific regulations
· Coordinate audit schedules and communicate effectively with clients and team members
· Support audit teams with planning, fieldwork, and documentation
· Utilize accounting software, Excel, and ERP systems to manage data and enhance audit efficiency
· Continuously develop knowledge of auditing standards, reporting requirements, and not-for-profit financial regulations
· Follow all policies and procedures in place
· Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications for Experienced Accountant (Audit & Assurance) Position:
· Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or a minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience
· Dress Code: Casual Friday and Relaxed business casual Monday - Thursday
· Ability to sit for duration of shift
