Job Description
Sierra Employment is currently hiring Apartment Manager positions in Mammoth Lakes, CA. Details for Apartment Manager position:
· $22-25 / Hour
· Monday – Friday | 8am - 5pm
· Full-Time | Short-Term Temporary
· Fast Start Date
· Weekly Pay
Key Responsibilities for Apartment Manager:
· Manage daily operations and ensure smooth running of the apartment community
· Market vacancies, show units, and oversee leasing and resident move-ins
· Review applications and maintain compliance with income and occupancy guidelines
· Collect and process rent payments, track delinquencies, and maintain accurate records
· Conduct property inspections, oversee maintenance, and ensure curb appeal
· Communicate with residents, address complaints, and enforce community policies
· Prepare reports, audits, and administrative paperwork to support property compliance
· Coordinate with maintenance staff, vendors, and corporate office on property priorities
· Follow all procedures and guidelines in place
· Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications and Desired Skills for Apartment Manager:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Strong customer service
· Previous apartment management experience preferred
· Ability to stand for duration of shift
