Details for Molding | Production Position:
- $15 / Hour

Job Duties for Molding | Production Position:
- Read, understand, and follow work instructions for assigned parts
- Process and inspect parts per instructions, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction
- Complete required production and assembly documentation
- Operate all required presses and special equipment for assembly
- Assist with rework and repacking of parts as directed by supervisor
- Arrive on time, clock in as scheduled, and remain at assigned workstation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, break rooms, restrooms, parking areas, and grounds
- Honor scheduled break times, including travel time to and from the press
- Maintain professional working relationships with coworkers, supervisors, and management
- Assist in providing break coverage as directed by supervisor
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications for Molding | Production Position:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Be able to repetitively clip, trim and drill plastic parts for duration of shift
- Ability to stand for duration of shift (at least 8 hours)
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
