Luttrell Staffing Group is hiring Assembly Machine Operator| Production positions in Greeneville, TN.

$15.60 / Hour

Job Duties for Assembly Machine Operator| Production position:
- Operate rivet machine, air guns, pop-rivet guns, and the “leg machine.”
- Maintain an output of 1302/day for half-line and 2100/day for full-line (10 Hours)
- Handle all components of the final product
- Maintain efficient processes for all machines
- Ensure effective machine performance (components are done correctly)
- Keep up with the required production rate
- Read production schedules and coordinate with supervisors/group leaders to ensure the correct output
- Identify “bad parts” and remove them from the production process
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements and Desired Skills for Assembly Machine Operator| Production position:
- Ability to follow instructions, understand production requirements, and differentiate between good and bad parts
- Perform minor maintenance on equipment and rotate jobs using multiple machines
- Possess hand dexterity for precise tasks
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to squat, stoop, bend, kneel, twist and reach
- Ability to work in an environment that is loud and not climate controlled
