Assembly Technician
Job Description
  
- $17-18 / Hour
- Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

- Assemble components accurately and efficiently to meet quality and customer standards
- Follow core values, written and verbal instructions, and complete assigned duties including overtime as needed
- Read work orders, verify kit quantities, and perform quality checks to meet production and completion targets
- Monitor equipment, report issues, and perform approved preventative maintenance
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area following company standards
- Maintain level 3 proficiency, train team members, and support additional departmental needs
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No experience required; soldering assembly experience a plus
- Strong communication skills with full English proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension
- High attention to detail and manual dexterity for accurate, efficient work
- Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and production goals
- Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate in a productive work environment
- Adequate visual acuity, with or without correction, to safely perform job duties
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
