Details for the Automotive Sales Consultant:
- $35,000/yr + commission with unlimited earning

Job Duties for Automotive Sales Consultant:
- Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs, budget, and lifestyle
- Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features, technology, and warranties
- Follow up with customers through phone, text, email, and social platforms
- Create and post engaging social media content to promote available inventory, specials, and dealership events
- Respond promptly and professionally to online inquiries, comments, and messages.
- Build a personal brand aligned with dealership standards and messaging
- Maintain product knowledge of new and pre-owned vehicles
- Accurately enter customer and deal information into the CRM system
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Social media and Digital Engagement Responsibilities
- Create short form videos, photos, and posts highlighting vehicle features and inventory
- Promote new arrivals, price reductions, and special offers
- Engage with potential customers through comments, messages, and online inquiries
- Maintain a professional and positive online presence that reflects dealership values
- Participate in dealership marketing campaigns and content initiatives
Qualifications and Desired Skills for the Automotive Sales Consultant Position:
- Prior sales or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Automotive sales experience is a plus for candidacy, but not required, for hire
- Experience using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok preferred
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and digital tools
