Duties for Automation Technician / Controls Programmer:  

• Operates and programs CNC machines, lasers, and robotic arms with a focus on automation and technology 

• Creates and modifies robot paths and movements to meet production needs 

• Troubleshoots programming and machine issues and adjusts programs via software interfaces 

• Assists in integrating robotic equipment into production workflows 

• Follow all policies and safety procedures in place  

• Completes any other related tasks as needed  

Qualifications for Automation Technician / Controls Programmer:  

• High school diploma or equivalent  

• Proficient in AutoCAD and Inventor (Part Maker); XLR experience required 

• Ability to stand for duration of shift  

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
