Job Description
Do you have machine operator experience? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Molding Machine Operator positions in Maryville, TN.
Details for the Molding Machine Operator position:
- $18-19 / Hour
- 4-Day Work Week with Occasional OT on Friday
- Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
- Zero Fees - you’ll never be charged for any screening service

Job Duties for Molding Machine Operator:
- Operate molding machines and related equipment according to work instructions and production schedules
- Load materials, monitor machine cycles, and make approved adjustments to maintain consistent production
- Inspect finished parts for defects, verify measurements, and separate nonconforming product
- Perform basic machine setup, calibration, cleaning, and minor troubleshooting as needed
- Complete production and quality documentation while maintaining a clean, safe work area
- Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications and Desired Skills for Molding Machine Operator:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Manufacturing, production, warehouse, or assembly experience preferred
- 1–3 years of forklift and mechanical equipment experience
- Ability to assemble products and work with tools, machinery, and mechanical systems
- Understanding of basic math, measurements, and tape measure use
- Ability to set up and calibrate machines
- Experience with plastic vacuum molding, autobody sanding, woodworking, or grinding is a plus
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; assist on heavier items available
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
