Job Description

Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring for an Account Manager in Marrow, GA.

Based in an exciting new location, this role offers a motivated individual the chance to strengthen client relationships, recruit talent, and drive business growth. Job Duties for Account Manager:
  • Act as the primary liaison between the company and clients, building strong, long-lasting relationships and serving as a trusted advisor to key accounts and stakeholders
  • Ensure smooth communication, address client concerns, and resolve issues promptly by collaborating with internal teams
  • Negotiate contracts, manage account renewals, oversee customer account management, and track key metrics
  • Develop new business with existing clients, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales quotas and drive revenue growth
  • Create and contribute to reports, track sales results and forecasts, and update stakeholders on initiatives
  • Assist sales and marketing teams with strategic plans, develop account strategies, and liaise with internal teams to enhance the customer experience
  • Ensure the timely delivery of solutions, maintain accurate client records, and document interactions
  • Stay updated with industry trends, participate in educational opportunities, and maintain personal networks to enhance job knowledge and performance.
  • Follow all policies and procedures in place
  • Completes any other related tasks as needed

Qualifications for Account Manager:
  • Ability to read, write, and speak fluently in English and Spanish 
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous management experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license 
  • Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
