Bilingual English/Vietnamese Human Resource Clerk
Job Description

- First point of contact for employee inquiries and HR support
- Process daily HR tasks and maintain employee records
- Administer and track attendance and timekeeping
- Coordinate HR programs and ensure regulatory compliance with federal and state labor requirements
- Provide backup support for payroll and recruiting functions
- Enter and maintain employee data in Workday (HRIS)
- Support employee relations, recruiting, and other HR initiatives
- Manage departmental filing, HR requests, and communications such as memos and postings
- Create employee ID badges and assist with new hire orientation
- Support special projects and perform additional HR duties as needed
- Minimum of one-year clerical experience
- Previous experience processing payroll
- Computer literate (MS Office: Excel, Word and Power Point)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
- Bilingual (English/Vietnamese)
- Experience within a Human Resources environment a plus
