Are you bilingual in English and Spanish and seeking a position in human resources? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Bilingual Human Resource Admin positions in Santa Maria, CA.
  
Details for Bilingual Human Resource Admin Position:

Job Duties for Bilingual Human Resource Admin Position:
  • Maintain and update employee records; support recruitment, onboarding, and respond to employee queries
  • Manage payroll, attendance data, and communicate employee benefits information
  • Coordinate and support training sessions, onboarding processes, and develop training materials
  • Maintain compliance documentation, including contracts, verifications, and audit support
  • Assist with HR documentation processing, such as employment contracts, I-9s, and policy updates
  • Follow all policies and procedures in place
  • Completes any other related tasks as needed
 
Qualifications for Bilingual Human Resource Admin Position:
  • Strong HR Administrative background
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Ability to sit for duration of shift
