Job details for Bilingual HR Manager positions:
  • Direct Hire
  • $75,000 - $92,000 / year, based on experience

Duties for Bilingual HR Manager positions:
  • Responsible for administering and managing all Human Resources activities including Benefits Administration, Payroll Processing, Employee Engagement and other daily activities
  • Recruit, interview, hire and train new staff
  • Oversee daily workflow
  • Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations
  • Handle discipline and termination duties
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment laws, regulations and best practices
  • Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes and new technologies in human resources, talent management and employment law

These skills and abilities make you a great candidate for these positions:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required
  • Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources or related work experience
  • Knowledge of general principles and practices of human resources
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification required
  • Remote HR experience preferred
  • Demonstrated project planning and management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to use diplomacy and tact in confrontational situations
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills and experience working with stakeholders
  • Computer proficiency
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of personnel records and information
  • Ability to travel overnight
