Can you see yourself in this Bilingual Maintenance Mechanic position?  
- Maintain, repair, replace, and modify processing, packaging, and facility equipment with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency
- Lead complex repairs or projects involving multiple mechanics or shifts
- Serve as SME on assigned projects and provide guidance to junior mechanics
- Follow all safety procedures and adhere to all company policies and procedures  
- Other duties as assigned  
   
Do you have the Skills and Knowledge required for this Bilingual Maintenance Mechanic position?  
- High school degree or equivalent 
- Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills, including logic and control circuits and emergency repairs
- Ability to diagnose equipment issues and develop effective, long-term solutions
- Skilled in using multimeters and other diagnostic tools
- Must pass Ramsay exam
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English and Spanish
- Capable of leading daily maintenance activities and directing team efforts
- Team-oriented with ability to promote collaboration
- Certified to operate forklift, scissor lift, and/or boom lift
- Ability to analyze work requirements and plan tasks effectively
- Capable of training and cross-training mechanics and production staff
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Working knowledge of National Electrical Code
- Experience working with single- and three-phase voltage systems
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical blueprints
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing Allen-Bradley PLCs
- Ability to interpret schematics, drawings, and technical manuals
- Experience using CMMS for work orders, preventive maintenance, and inventory tracking
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Solid math skills including fractions, decimals, percentages, ratios, and metric conversions
- Familiar with preventive and reliability-centered maintenance practices
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs  
- Ability to stand for duration of shift  
- Ability to stoop, squat, bend, kneel, twist and reach
