In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our mission to match outstanding candidates with our clients' staffing needs, contributing to their growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Proactively identify and source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social networks, and our extensive database.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications.
- Interview Coordination: Efficiently schedule and manage interviews, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in onboarding processes, ensuring candidates complete necessary documentation and feel welcome.
- Database Management: Maintain our applicant tracking system, keeping candidate records accurate and up to date.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze recruitment metrics, providing regular reports to the staffing team.
- Candidate Communication: Keep candidates informed about their application status and address their inquiries promptly.
- Client Relationship Support: Collaborate with our clients to understand their staffing needs and assist in coordinating the selection process.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Previous experience in a staffing or recruitment coordination role is advantageous.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with precision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with applicant tracking systems are pluses.
