Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Billing /Invoicing Specialist positions in Abingdon, VA.
Details for Billing /Invoicing Specialist position:
· $18-22 / Hour
· Full-Time | Direct-Hire

Job Duties for Billing /Invoicing Specialist:
· Create, review, and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contracts and company policies
· Verify, ensure, and maintain organized billing records and update customer profiles in the system
· Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues and ensure timely invoice delivery
· Adhere to company standards and regulatory requirements in all billing activities
· Follow all policies and procedures in place
· Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications for Billing /Invoicing Specialist:
· High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred
· 1-2 years of experience in billing, invoicing, or related administrative roles
· Familiarity with billing/accounting software (Microsoft Dynamics GP) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
· Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in billing processes
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal coordination
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
· Collaborative attitude for effective interdepartmental teamwork
· Ability to sit for duration of shift
· Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
