Do you have accounting experience? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Bookkeeper | Finance positions in Christiansburg, VA.
Details for Bookkeeper | Finance position:
· $17 / Hour
· Part Time
· Zero Fees - you’ll never be charged for any screening service
· Weekly Pay
· Insurance Options
Job Duties for Bookkeeper | Finance:
· Maintain a monthly ledger and submit to the accountant
· Post Received on Account (ROA) entries
· Manage weekly payroll through QuickBooks
· Handle weekly federal tax estimates and state employee withholding tax payments
· Pay monthly bills
· Generate and mail monthly statements
· Perform daily bank deposits
· Prepare and distribute W-2s at year-end
· Follow all policies and procedures in place
· Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications for Bookkeeper | Finance:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Previous experience or knowledge with QuickBooks, Taxes, and general office duties
· Ability to sit for duration of shift
