Luttrell Staffing Group is hiring Burnishing Machine Operator positions in Afton, TN. 
Details for Burnishing Machine Operator position:

Job Duties for Burnishing Machine Operator position: 
- Operate heat-treating and surface-finishing machines to stress-relieve, polish, or deburr materials
- Load raw materials into machines using automated systems and unload finished parts for cooling or drying
- Monitor and record processing times, temperatures, and production data for quality control
- Transport materials and products using a forklift and update inventory through the ERP system
- Perform routine machine maintenance, media changes, and cleaning per work instructions
- Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Job Requirements and Desired Skills for Burnishing Machine Operator position: 
- High school diploma or GED, or related work experience
- Wear required personal protective equipment
- Read work instructions, interpret basic drawings, and communicate clearly
- Apply math and problem-solving skills for measuring, calculating, and troubleshooting
- Physically able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks safely
- Maintain good vision, coordination, and comfort using protective gear such as respirators
- Work safely around machinery, electrical components, and moderate noise
- Dependable, cooperative, and able to work independently or in a team
- Tolerate occasional exposure to fumes, airborne particles, or risk of electrical shock or thermal burns
- Able to bend, stoop, kneel, twist, and reach as needed
