* $43,000 - $52,000 base salary plus commission

YOUR ROLE AS BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER:
* Protectively develop sales strategies to identify new client business, keeping abreast of the industry, business, and market trends
* Create and maintain positive professional relationships with clients, while representing Luttrell Staffing Group in a professional manner.
* Effectively manage appointments, calls and other interactions.
* Enhance business and brand recognition through networking opportunities such as Chamber functions, SHRM, HR Associations, etc.

* Build collaborative relationships with Regional Managers, Branch Managers, Staffing Managers and Staffing Coordinators to ensure client needs are being met. 

EXPERIENCE + EDUCATION:

* 3+ Years in Sales / Staffing or related field or 4 Year Degree

OTHER SKILLS NEEDED TO SUCCEED:
* Excellent verbal & written communication skills
* Successful history in Sales
* Responds well to pressure and maintains positive demeanor
* Advance MS Office & Computer Skills
* Flexible and adaptive to ever-changing demands
