Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for building relationships and driving growth? Luttrell Staffing Group, a leading commercial staffing company, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and help expand our market presence in Bowling Green and Hopkinsville.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial staffing sector
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their staffing needs
- Develop strategic sales plans to meet and exceed growth targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored staffing solutions
- Represent Luttrell Staffing Group at industry events and networking opportunities

Is an energetic self-starter who enjoys outside sales and building relationships that include long sales cycles. If you’re bilingual, that’s a plus! You’re great at multi-tasking, problem-solving, and staying organized amidst chaos.
