Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for building relationships and driving growth? Luttrell Staffing Group, a leading commercial staffing company, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and help expand our market presence in Shepherdsville and South Louisville.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial staffing sector
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their staffing needs
- Develop strategic sales plans to meet and exceed growth targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored staffing solutions
- Represent Luttrell Staffing Group at industry events and networking opportunities

Is an energetic self-starter who enjoys outside sales and building relationships that include long sales cycles. If you’re bilingual, that’s a plus! You have perseverance and a never-give-up attitude. You love networking and have excellent verbal and written communication skills while maintaining professional etiquette. You’re great at multi-tasking, problem-solving, and staying organized amidst chaos.

Monica began her career with Luttrell Staffing Group (formerly Quality Personnel) in 1997 as the Columbia Division Manager. In 2006, she took on additional work responsibilities as Marketing Manager for all Quality Personnel locations. Monica holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Lindsey Wilson College, and she received her CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) certificate in February 2015. Her energy, creativity, and diligence over the years has been an integral part of Quality Personnel’s growth and outstanding reputation in the community.
