Job Description
Do you have experience working in the office and enjoy providing excellent customer service? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Customer Service Representative | Clerical positions in Hopkinsville, KY.

Job Duties for Customer Service Representative | Clerical:
- Provide professional customer support while maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
- Respond promptly to inquiries across various communication channels
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests while keeping accurate records of interactions
- Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with colleagues and collaborate with the sales team to address customer needs
- Prepare sales orders and quotations, and assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Follow all policies and procedures in place
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications and Desired Skills for Customer Service Representative | Clerical:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an office setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail
- Knowledge and ability to use Microsoft office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams)
- Knowledge and ability to use basic office equipment (printer, scanners, phone etc.)
- Knowledge using ERP software (QuickBooks would be a plus), or ability to learn
- Ability to sit for duration of shift
