Job Description
Do you have production experience? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Molding Set-Up Connector positions in Franklin, KY.
Details for Molding Set-Up Connector position:
- $17+ / Hour (plus shift premiums)
- 7pm-7am or 7am-7pm (12 hour rotating schedule)
- Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Job duties for Molding Set-Up Connector:
- CMG Set-Up
- Pass skill evaluations (Entry Level, Level I, II) within 9 months
- Physical effort equal to frequent lifting or moving of materials
- Execute Connector Molding Operator and Set-Up functions
- Attend to any red-light and startups before doing mold changes; unless directed otherwise
- Complete mold changes by obtaining mold from rack, gathering necessary tools and completing the change as instructed by work instructions, to include material changes as necessary
- Complete required paperwork (setup check sheets, mold trouble report, condition sheets, etc.)
- Assist other Set-Ups during slow periods
- Report problems or questionable conditions to the department Leader, Coordinator or Supervisor
- Maintain the work area/equipment in a clean/ orderly condition
- Complete tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision.
- Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications for Molding Set-Up Connector:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Interviewed by Luttrell Staffing and client
- Must have some sort of mechanical background (can turn a wrench, fixes own cars, etc.)
- Pass Set-Up and leader test
- Must maintain Skill Level II to stay in Set-Up position
- Wear PPE as required (bump caps, safety toe shoes, safety glasses, etc.)
- Pass color blindness test and vision screening
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
