CPA Tax Preparer
Job Description
- $31-45 / Hour
- Monday-Friday | 9am-4pm (Flexible Schedule)
- Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

- Weekly Pay
- Prepare and review individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns
- Conduct tax planning and recommend strategies to optimize liabilities
- Research tax laws for compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Assist clients with audits and respond to tax authorities
- Identify deductions, credits, and tax-saving opportunities
- Stay current on tax regulations and industry changes
- Collaborate with clients and team members to gather documentation
- Follow all policies and procedures in place
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
- Bachelors in Accounting or related field
- 3-7 years of experience
- Proficient in MS Suite and tax software (Lacerte, UltraTax, ProSeries, etc.)
- QuickBooks proficiency preferred
- Familiar with IRS regulations and audit procedures
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to sit for duration of shift
