Job Description
Luttrell Staffing Group is currently recruiting experienced Carpenter | Skilled Framer with strong organizational skills and ability to read blueprints.
*Must have at least 4 years' framing experience*
Essential Duties & Responsibilities for Carpenter | Skilled Framer:
- Rough framing of modular buildings; walls, floors, & roofs of modular structures
- Installing joist & studs, flashing, & securing structural supports
- Finish work such as moldings & interior fixtures
- Interpret blueprints & technical drawings for commercial & residential modular buildings
- Pay rate: $28-$35/hr
- Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm
- Temp-to-Hire
- Benefits offered if successfully converted over to our client’s payroll: 100% of medical for employee 35% for any dependents, Vision, dental, Holiday, Vacation, Sick, and a 401K
- Paid weekly
Special Requirements for Carpenter | Skilled Framer:
- Ability to safely use various electric, gas powered, & battery-operated power tools (Scissor Lifts, Ladders, Pneumatic Nail Guns, Skil Saws, Sawzall's, Panel Saws, Grinders, Drills)
- Interpret blueprints & technical drawings for commercial & residential modular buildings
- Must have extensive level of construction knowledge
- Occasional travel may be required
- Must have at least 4 years' experience
- Ability to lift 50-80 lbs
