Details for Cattle Farm and Ranch Employee Position:    

• $20-30/ Hour   

• Full-Time | Direct Hire

• Must have a driver's license 

Job Duties for Cattle Farm and Ranch Employee Position:    

• Feed, herd, calve, wean, and provide daily care for cattle 

• Support breeding, grazing management, and pasture rotation 

• Operate heavy farm equipment including excavator, backhoe, track hoe, tractor, and skid steer 

• Build and repair fencing, corrals, and water systems 

• Perform general ranch labor and seasonal work such as irrigation and haying 

• Follow all policies and procedures in place   

• Completes any other related tasks as needed   

Qualifications and Desired Skills for Cattle Farm and Ranch Employee Position:    

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. 

• Previous cattle or ranch experience required 

• Knowledge of farming practices and crop production required 

• Experience operating heavy farm equipment required 

• Valid driver’s license required 

• Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to farm operations 

• Ability to lift up to 50+lbs 

• Ability to stand for duration of shift  

• Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
