Are you seeking a management opportunity in the food/restaurant industry? Luttrell Staffing Group is now hiring Chef Manager.
Key duties and details for Chef Manager:
- Prepare daily production records
- Oversee ordering and scheduling of food preparation
- Check physical inventory of food products
- Supervise, assign and review work in progress of all food service personnel and ensure they are following guidelines
- Ensure proper food safety and conduct and arrange for training of food service personnel
- Schedule: 11am - 8pm
- Pay range: $18-$20/hour
- Benefits (Medical, Holiday Pay, Vacation Pay)
- Paid weekly, direct deposit available
Qualifications for Chef Manager:
- Previous experience as a chef required
- Ability to manage team well and cook in bulk for large groups
- Professional experience in a commercial kitchen
- Food service management experience preferred
- Problem solving skills
- General computer skills (Microsoft Office, Word and Excel)
- Knowledge of food sanitation requirements and health code standards
- Must be able to obtain and maintain ServSafe Manager, First Aid and CPR certifications
- Occasional lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
- May operate company vehicle/truck when necessary
