Job Duties for Front Desk Receptionist | Clerical Position:
· Answer and transfer phone calls while assisting with pricing and order inquiries
· Perform data entry and operate computer, phone, fax, and copy machines
· Greet and assist visitors with general information and directions
· Manage and organize incoming and outgoing mail and packages
· Follow all policies and procedures in place
· Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications for Front Desk Receptionist | Clerical Position:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Ability to sit for duration of shift
· Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
· Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
