Job Description
Details for Receptionist position:
- Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
- 1st Shift, 8am-5pm
- $15/hour
- Paid Weekly, Direct Deposit options available
- Focus on front desk and needs of each customer
- Answer incoming calls, take messages, and distribute daily mail
- Prepare shop orders for production
- Order all office supplies
- Maintain postage room - refill supplies as needed
- Keep up with the Safety Gear Acknowledgements from the spreadsheet
- Set up presentations and meeting using Power Point
- Must have at least 6 months of office or clerical experience
- Must be able to multi-task
- Computer skills
- Problem solving skills
- Diploma/GED
