Details for Human Resource Administrative Assistant Position:

Key Duties for Human Resource Administrative Assistant Professionally handle all incoming calls ensuring vendor account questions are resolved
- Process invoices for payment – open mail daily, vouch invoices verifying line items with purchase order, and resolve discrepancies
- Process check runs – check prepayment register, request check runs on predetermined dates, mail checks to vendors, and file
- Perform the necessary end of the month and end of year tasks
Qualifications for Human Resource Administrative Assistant:
- Must have 3-5 years' experience
- Position requires excellent phone etiquette, knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
