Do you have clerical experience and looking for weekly pay? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Receptionist | Administrative Support positions in Hopkinsville, KY.
Details for Receptionist | Administrative Support Position:
- $15-16 / Hour (BOE)
- Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
- Zero Fees - you’ll never be charged for any screening service
- Weekly Pay
Job Duties for Receptionist | Administrative Support Position:
- Greet and assist clients in person and by phone
- Schedule appointments for tax preparers
- Maintain accurate records, scan and route tax documents to preparers
- File and organize paperwork
- Process, print, and assemble tax returns for e-filing and mailing
- Communicate with clients and staff
- Follow all policies and procedures in place
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications and Desired Skills for Receptionist | Administrative Support Position:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous office experience preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
- Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to sit for duration of shift
