Do you have strong organizational and clerical skills? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Part-Time Office Assistant | Receptionist positions in Kingsport, TN.
Details for Part-Time Office Assistant | Receptionist Position:
- $16 / Hour
- Monday - Friday | 9am - 2pm
- Part-Time

Job Duties for Part-Time Office Assistant | Receptionist Position:
- Demonstrate strong clerical skills including typing, filing, and data entry
- Organize and maintain accurate records and files with attention to detail
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Answer and direct phone calls and messages efficiently
- Support daily office operations through general administrative tasks such as photocopying and document preparation
- Follow all policies and procedures in place
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications for Part-Time Office Assistant | Receptionist Position:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous office experience preferred
- Ability to sit for duration of shift
