Details for Receptionist | Clerical position:
- $16-18 / Hour (Based on Experience)
- Full-Time | Temporary (At least 2 months with a chance to become Permanent)

Job Duties for Receptionist | Clerical:
- Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls appropriately
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist clients with basic policy questions and payments
- Process paperwork, scan documents, and maintain accurate records
- Support agents with administrative tasks and customer follow-up
- Maintain an organized and professional front office environment
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and office correspondence
- Follow all policies and procedures in place
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications and Desired Skills for Receptionist | Clerical:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced office environment Basic computer and office software knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous insurance agency experience preferred
- Active insurance license preferred, but not required
- Experience working in customer service, administrative, or receptionist roles is a plus
- Ability to sit for duration of shift
