Details for Customer Service Representative Position:
· $18 / Hour
· Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Job Duties for Customer Service Representative Position:
· Process quotes, customer orders, and related documentation promptly
· Review blueprints and update cost estimates with management as specifications change
· Prepare work orders by compiling materials, routing documents, and blueprints
· Coordinate with customers to ensure satisfaction and address concerns
· Order materials from vendors to support production needs
· Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet delivery deadlines
· Basic understanding of accounts receivable and payable preferred
· Follow all policies and procedures in place
· Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications and Desired Skills for Customer Service Representative Position:
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
· Ability to process quotes, orders, and documentation efficiently
· Experience reviewing blueprints and adjusting cost estimates
· Skilled in preparing and managing work orders and production materials
· Excellent communication and customer service abilities
· Capable of coordinating with vendors and ensuring timely deliveries
· Familiarity with basic accounting processes (A/R and A/P preferred)
