Job Description
•Accountable for administration, tracking of investigation cases working closely with employees and managers. Maintain accurate records and reports. Lead and manage employee meetings.
•Assure proper coding for employee suspensions, terminations, etc.
•Maintain employee records and records in personnel files, UltiPro and other systems.
•Conduct employee meetings to ensure smooth onboarding and retention. Help organize training & development initiatives to assist with retention.
•Assist in development and implementation of personnel procedures and policies, providing guidance and interpretation to employees. Bilingual English/ Spanish Monday to Friday occasional Saturdays
