Details for Door-to-Door Sales Rep (Commission):
· Full-Time | Direct-Hire

Key Duties for Door-to-Door Sales Rep (Commission):
· Distribute marketing materials and maintain a professional brand presence in assigned areas
· Engage potential customers with clear value propositions and qualify their interest
· Conduct door-to-door inquiries to identify homeowners needing roofing inspections or replacements
· Build rapport by actively listening and communicating the roofing service benefits
· Coordinate with production or project managers for detailed assessments as needed
· Uphold company reputation through professional appearance and ethical sales practices
· Ensure transparent communication and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions
Qualifications for Door-to-Door Sales Rep (Commission):
· High school diploma or equivalent
· 3+ Years Related Education/Experience preferred
· Must have a valid driver's license
· Wear PPE such as a hard hat as needed
· Dress code: long sleeves
· Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
· Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist, climb, and reach
· Conditions are weather-dependent, as the assigned worker will spend the majority of their time outside on foot
