Details for Receptionist position:
- $16.41 / Hour
- Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Job duties for Receptionist:
- Types correspondences, contracts, budgets, minutes of meetings, reports, etc.
- Maintains departmental filing system
- Answers phone calls, providing information or transferring as needed
- Opens incoming mail for department, stuff envelopes and mails appropriate correspondence
- Arranges travel schedule and reservations for meetings, conferences, etc
- Produces copies of correspondence, reports, etc
- Use of general office equipment such as: phones, computers, printers/scanners, etc.
- Assist coworkers as needed
- Follow all policies and procedures in place
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications and Desired Skills for Receptionist:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid driver's license
- General knowledge of business English, spelling, and mathematics
- Proficient computer skills and general office equipment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to sit for duration of shift
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
